Spicy Homemade Cajun Jambalaya with Sausage and Shrimp This month’s Gentlemen’s Dining Club theme is A TASTE OF NEW ORLEANS. We’re sold out with a group of 8 chefs who will learn how to master the fine art of Creole and Cajun cuisine. Here’s the menu, culled from a month’s worth of research on the hundreds of well known dishes made famous by the restaurants and famous chefs in the region.

The fun part was sourcing the ingredients for the dishes – try finding crawfish that’s not $75/lb. We’ll be posting photos after the event.
