Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 extremely ripe avocados, peeled and seeded. Cut out any obviously bad, brown spots.
- ½ cup good quality Cacao powder. Not Cocoa powder.
- ½ cup Grade A Maple Syrup
- pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 t. Vanilla
Instructions
- Place the peeled avocado into a Cuisinart or Vitamix. You'll want to have the strongest blade and engine possible to make this as creamy as you can.
- Add in the Maple syrup, Vanilla, Salt and the Cacao
- Blend until creamy.
- Adjust the sweetness if you wish.
- Refrigerate and scoop out using an ice cream scoop onto a plate that you have drizzled some maple syrup and sprinkled some cacao onto as a garnish. Two balls per person
