Best peeler ever. I’ve accidentally broken a couple of these – the ceramic blade is wicked sharp and delicate – just warning you. But it’s so indispensable that I’ve stopped cooking and ordered a new one the minute I broke it. Seriously. The problem with almost all peelers is that the peels get caught in the tool. Not with this one. The handle is streamlined and easily to whip through a pile of vegetables fast, because you are not having to clean out the blade when it gets full of peels. Simple design.
