flastWhisk   Most people love a nice ballon whisk. I have one, but I use this more often. It’s unique in that it’s coated with silicone, so it can be used with non-stick pans. It is also very flexible and can get going very quickly. It’s also very efficient when used with one of the silicone bowls. This is another Rosle tool and hangs next to my strainer over the stove, as I use it all the time.
