- 4 organic Granny Smith Apples (low in sugar),
- 2 D’Anjou Pears (very firm, not really edible, but perfect for the juicer),
- 1 Meyers Lemon (we like tart, you can omit it)
- 1/2 inch off a Ginger root (this will make it hot, which we also like, adjust accordingly, though it’s amazing for your digestion).
Making this delicious juice is easy. I was inspired to make it this evening after watching the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, which really made me glad that we started incorporating juice into our daily diet.
