  This tiny tool makes an appearance at nearly every meal in our house. It makes short work out of turning an entire Daikon radish into a pile of perfect julienned strips. Great for carrots and Japanese cucumbers too. It cleans easily and the hook on the end means that it is right next to my mesh strainer as I use it all the time.
