The technology has improved so much over the years, that you may only ever need to buy one and it will last forever. I love how the blade seems to stay sharp even with hundreds of hours of use. The top features a drizzle hole so that you can make Hollandaise or Aioli easily. It breaks down for cleaning in the dishwasher easily.
