  This particular piece of equipment has been in my kitchen since they first started making them over 30 years ago. The technology has improved so much over the years, that you may only ever need to buy one and it will last forever. I love how the blade seems to stay sharp even with hundreds of hours of use. The top features a drizzle hole so that you can make Hollandaise or Aioli easily. It breaks down for cleaning in the dishwasher easily. I’ve recently been making my own raw nut butters in it and it’s surprisingly powerful.
