I think I get more use out of this scale than any other I’ve used over the years. It’s lightweight and can stand up on it’s side in the cabinet when you’re not using it. It’s simple to use as well. You place your cup or bowl that will hold the ingredients on it and press TARE – this accounts for the weight of the bowl, then you can add and easily switch between grams and oz as needed (based on your recipe). It cleans easily as well. The readout is large too.
