  This is a magic tool that is indispensable for raw meals. It can turn sweet potatoes into thin strands of noodles and make daikon radishes into piles of lovely salad ingredients. There are several other of these devices on the market, this one is simple, easy to clean. The others seem to take up too much counter top space.
