Ok, I am in love. I now have a tool that lets me sketch out my plating on the iPad, then work from that when I am in the kitchen. This first sketch comes right after the Golden Beet salad I did earlier this week, I wanted to test out the VERY SIMPLE drawing tools. love this. I have always like sketching and when I was a pro chef I drew out everything in advance. I still do. I can think so much better this way. Now, I can start including sketches – as the iPad version lets me post right to my blog – how sweet is that?
