Golden Beet Salad with Miso Dressing

Golden Beet and Avocado with Sweet Miso Dressing Simple salad, easy to make. Use a spiralizer to create a nest of beet atop greens. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on some avocado slices. Dressing is miso, agave, tahini, balsamic and coconut water in equal amounts then add in olive oil and blend til smooth. Here’s how I envisioned the salad before making it.
