Kitchenaid Mixer

  Another kitchen workhorse. When I moved from the professional kitchen to cooking exclusively at home, I missed my institutional Hobart standing mixer. This machine has stood in and been a great replacement. I use it for bread, making nut butters, batters, and all sorts of doughs. You can add several attachments, including a juicer, grinder, puree, sausage grinder and stuffer. It’s also available in just about every color imaginable. I like the white one.
