Here’s a very happy me while working at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy in Santa Monica. I am one of four in the inaugural Raw Intensive Workshop Weekend. I will be posting my class work over the next week or so. I learned so much and was able to spend time with other raw chefs who are trying to take this cuisine to another level entirely. It was so inspiring to be with them.
