Roasting Pan

  Best roasting pan ever. I love that it’s non-stick and have used it many times on top of the stove. It’s great for pan roasting vegetables and it’s been used in our Gentlemen’s Dining Club for sautéing noodles and making large batches of stews that don’t need to be covered. Oh yes, it’s a great roasting pans. The rack is non-stick as well, so those crispy bits that come off a roast are easily cleaned off.
