This is the secret to baking. Period. This sheet makes it so that you don’t have to grease your baking sheets and add unwanted flavor. Caution: don’t buy the imitations of this. I’ve tried. They don’t last at all and peel. They’re awful. This is the original from France. If you don’t bake a lot, you may want to have Parchment paper on hand for the same purpose.
