Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing

vinegrette         We use this as our default salad dressing. It’s delicious and easy to make.
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 Cup – (2 Tablespoons)  Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of one large Meyers Lemon
  • 2 T of Raw Tahini – any brand
  • 1 T of fresh Herbs de Provence from the Farmers Market
  • 1/2 t Sea Salt (from Kauai)
Put all ingredients into Ninja mixer and blend until smooth and creamy. The Tahini gives this a creaminess and lovely sesame flavor that we really enjoy.
