- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 Cup – (2 Tablespoons) Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- Juice of one large Meyers Lemon
- 2 T of Raw Tahini – any brand
- 1 T of fresh Herbs de Provence from the Farmers Market
- 1/2 t Sea Salt (from Kauai)

We use this as our default salad dressing. It’s delicious and easy to make.
